Our founders grew up in the Chicagoland area and were struck by the lack of modern salon offerings for the community upon their return - so they did something about it. Aurora Salon opened its doors to fulfill an unmet desire for high quality, contemporary hair care in the Chicagoland region.

Trained and apprenticed in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York City, our founders envisioned Aurora Salon to be a marriage of fresh style and the Chicago vibe.
